The 77 th  Independence Day at Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula

The Independence Day 2023 marked the occasion with a profound sense of patriotism and fervor. 

The school's Principal, Ms. Gulshan Kaur, unfurled the tricolour flag, accompanied by the rendition of the National anthem and the National song. Subsequently, a parade featuring selected students took place.

A captivating Kathak performance by the boys left a lasting impression on the attendees. Ms. Geeta Dewan inspired the students, intensifying their sense of patriotism. The Chetna Group, Bhavan's endeavor for underprivileged students, delivered a collective performance. A dance presentation highlighting women's empowerment garnered widespread appreciation. The theater group students presented a mime "Robolution" a performance that showcased their creativity. Additionally, the students presented a medley of patriotic songs. 

Towards the conclusion, Ms. Gulshan Kaur, the Principal, delivered a concise address. She apprised the students about the supreme sacrifices made by revered martyrs who laid down their lives for the cause of freedom. She emphasized the profound value of freedom and the imperative to safeguard it. Her words of inspiration greatly motivated the students. 

As the ceremony drew to a close, confections were distributed among all attendees. The festivities culminated on a jubilant note with a rendition of "Vande Mataram".
