FAST (Fighting Against superbugs): a highly informative workshop was conducted by Royal Society of Chemistry for school and university students to apprise them about AMR (Antimicrobial Resistance) on November 22, 2023. The keynote speaker for the workshop was Dr Sweta Raghvan (Chair, RSC’s Thought Leadership Forum on Antimicrobial Resistance). The workshop was organized by Ms Melissa Mendoza (RSC) in association with Ms Megha Bhardwaj (PGT Chemitry, BVP). The students of classes VIII, IX, X, XI and XII of Bhavan Vidyalaya Panchkula attended the session with great enthusiasm and asked highly intellectual questions at the end of the session. The principal Mrs Gulshan Kaur encouraged the students to take pledge to fight against superbugs by adopting various methods explained in the workshop.
