Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula, organized a two-day Sports Skills Fest, showcasing students' talents from Classes III to VIII. The event began on January 30, with Class V students presenting a mesmerizing Ganesh Vandana. Students of Class VI showcased their expertise in Tai Chi and Chang Quan. On January 31, a lively showcase of athletic prowess by our junior students won the hearts of all those who witnessed their energetic performances. Class III students demonstrated their flexibility and balance through yoga while the students of Class IV displayed their agility and coordination through callisthenics. Class VII students showcased their strength and endurance using dumbbells and Class VIII students presented a high-energy aerobics performance. The programme ended on a high note with a beautiful presentation on Unity in Diversity by the students of Classes VII and VIII. Parents witnessed their wards' performances, beaming with pride. Principal, Ms. Gulshan Kaur, congratulated parents and commended students for their dedication and unrelenting enthusiasm. The event promoted physical education, teamwork and sportsmanship, reinforcing the school's tradition of fostering holistic development in Bhavanites.
