Embrace Sustainability: A Step Towards Greener Future

Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula organized a two-day Academic Carnival with the noble objective of fostering G20 goals with focus on social equity, economic efficiency, preserving cultural diversity and protecting the environment.
Students from grades 3 to 12 exhibited their unparalleled creativity and active engagement, presenting meticulously planned and crafted projects incorporating educational pedagogies, thought-provoking poems on good health and well-being, and enlightening presentations on climate resilience. The static and functioning models demonstrating energy conservation and life-saving devices were impressive. Everyone enjoyed the display of conventional games and conventional food. Honorable Chairman Justice G C Garg and esteemed members of the management graced the occasion with their presence. Highlighting the role of parents, the Guest of Honor was the first parent to visit the carnival. Parents and visitors keenly interacted with the students, who exuded confidence while elucidating the various projects and activities. The inclusion of alluring suggestion boards, adorned with the motto & Think Globally and Act Locally,& created an engaging platform for parents to exchange ideas and contribute towards sustainability. Parents and visitors appreciated the remarkable initiative taken by the school to instill a sense of commitment towards sustainable and responsible actions raised in G 20 forum ensuring the security of Mother Earth.
The incessant motivation provided by Principal Ms Gulshan Kaur along with the collaborative efforts of dedicated educators and enthusiastic learners, supplemented by the innovative ideas from parents and visitors made the carnival a grand success.
