The NSS volunteers organized a Plant Donation Drive on the occasion of Earth Day on April 22, 2024. This symbolises the collective effort towards nurturing and fostering a greener environment. The NSS volunteers contributed to the cause and donated the plants. The donated plants were distributed to neighbouring locales and parents, effectively amplifying the message of environmental conservation and stewardship.
On the same theme a Mass Painting Competition was also held, approximately 250 students of classes 3 to 10 participated in this event. The participants created captivating paintings and posters, each conveying a powerful message advocating for the protection and preservation of our planet. The artwork served as a medium to inspire action and promote sustainable practices among the community.
Principal Ms. Gulshan Kaur, commended the efforts of the NSS volunteers and participants in organizing such a meaningful event. She emphasized the importance of being vigilant and proactive in fulfilling our duties towards Mother Earth.
