Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula, organised national level संगोष्ठी: The Change Makers Confluence on November 7, 2024, honouring the vision of the school’s founder, Vice Chairman Shri Lala Amarnath Aggarwal ji. This national level event aimed to spread the message of positive social change. The event was graced by Shri Lala Amarnath ji’s family, the School Managing Committee, and distinguished guests. Keynote speakers included Mr. Anil Srinivasan, founder of Rhapsody and Kruu, and professor at Krea University, who inspired students to think creatively about problem-solving, showing how internal changes can lead to meaningful external impact. Saffin Mathew, Programs Director at 1M1B and Co- Chair of the UN DGC Youth Representatives Steering Committee, discussed empowering youth leadership in sustainable development, emphasizing technology and social media as tools for positive change. Mr. Ankit Kapoor, founder of Go Sharpener, highlighted the importance of global student collaboration, and Naman Sonpar shared insights from his work in environmental initiatives. Students from various schools presented innovative solutions on issues like public space beautification, plastic reuse, mental health, water access, and food sustainability. Principal Ms. Gulshan Kaur commended students for their commitment to societal progress, encouraging them to continue creating positive change.
